By accessing EliBlau.com or engaging EliBlau for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.
Services
EliBlau provides custom web development, digital infrastructure, and automation services. All services are provided on a project basis and governed by individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon between EliBlau and the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced for a client become the intellectual property of that client. EliBlau retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. EliBlau reserves the right to pause or halt work on any project where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
Limitation of Liability
EliBlau is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any deliverables provided. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Third-Party Tools
EliBlau may recommend or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services during a project. EliBlau is not responsible for the performance, pricing changes, or discontinuation of any third-party service.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
EliBlau reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance.
